All Sales Final — No Refunds

All purchases made through 1AM are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns on any products.

Due to the nature of vaping and nicotine products, all sales are non-refundable once an order has been placed. This policy is in place for health, safety, and regulatory compliance reasons.

Damaged or Defective Products If you receive a product that is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@1amvape.com with photos of the issue. We will review each case individually and, at our sole discretion, may offer a replacement.

Age Verification By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are of legal vaping age in your province (19+ in British Columbia). Orders placed by minors will be cancelled.
